Pocket Size Architecture

The principle floor level of this terraced townhouse consisted of an existing utility room, snug and a garage.  A rear single storey extension was introduced to relocate the kitchen and dining room from the first floor to transform and utilise the ground floor space to create the main family hub.  The redesign of the internal spaces allowed for access and views into the garden space.  In addition, the garage was part-converted to relocate the utility room.  This new arrangement has greatly transformed the daily lives of this family.
