Pocket Size Architecture

This new private house is proposed within a subdivided garden grounds in Inverness.  The new house takes on an ‘L’ shaped formed building that provides 5 bedrooms with an open plan kitchen, living and dining space.  The house is tucked away within a courtyard garden setting along with a new formed access to the site. Planning and building warrant approval has been granted.  First phase works to form the new access has commenced on site.
