An existing garage was given an extensive make-over by replacing the roof and over-cladding the existing walls with a standing seam Zinc finish.  The garage was converted to accommodate a new family snug/guest room, shower and a utility room. The conversion cleverly formed an annex to the main house, which can be utilised as the guest suite.
