Pocket Size Architecture
Kings Crescent is within Helensburgh conservation area. Built in 1847 the property features extraordinarly intricate external timber strapwork, lancet styled windows, and beautifuly ornate cornice within its principal rooms.
Planning and Building Warrant has been approved for a garage conversion and forming a half height extension above the garage to accommodate an additional bedroom. The proposal also consist of a new dormer and external alterations to form french doors opening into the garden from the kitchen.
